This video was for a class project. This project consisted of two parts. First, each student was assigned a location on campus. We then went off and filmed 10-15 still video clips of our respective locations.
We then uploaded the clips and created a video log and paper edit for our footage. After that we swapped our footage and paper edit with another classmate. We then edited the other’s video together following their paper edit.
This video was part of a project for my Communications course. In it, we learned how to further our skills in Adobe Premiere by interviewing our partner, taking photographs and then combining all of these elements to create a story. Enjoy!
This was an audio project for my Creating Multimedia Content course. In this project, we learned how to use a zoom recorder and adjust the audio volume on this device. We then took the recordings of everyone in our class and edited them together, fixing the volume of the audio for each person and adding music and sound effects. Enjoy!
This third and final part to the Photoshop assignment included creating two different product labels for drink bottles.
The second component to the Photoshop assignment consisted of designing two, different magazine covers.
The second assignment of my Communications course exercised out Photoshop skills. In this first part of the project, I produced three different collages. Each collage was to consist of ten images that have a common theme.
The fourth and final section of this photography project was the event component. The intent of this section was to find an event, and take ten different photographs. I chose to capture a soccer game at my university.
This third section encompasses four portraits of three different people. Two photographs of each person were candid, while two were staged.
This second section contains the object section of the project. I was to choose three objects and capture three different kinds of pictures of each object. These three pictures include one with artificial light, one with shallow depth of field and one with a different angle.
This post is the first of three that encompasses my first project in my Creating Multimedia Content course. The aim of this first project was to learn how to learn the technical components of capturing a photograph.
This section begins with the location component of the project. My location was Asheville Brewing Co. The goal was to capture seven different shots, each included in the captions below.
